HEAR/HEAR Bi-Monthly Reading Series

HEAR/HEAR is a bi-monthly reading series that features new work by NHT! Writers-in-Residence (and sometimes, as a special treat, our alumni, too).

These events are our way of thanking our authors for the hard work they do. We couldn't achieve our program goals with out them, and we want to promote their voices — like they promote the voices of the students they work with.

We know that public readings are a crucial forum through which authors connect with their community and expand their readership; that's why our events are all ages and free to attend. We actively encourage the greater Toronto community to come out and meet our authors. Please show your support for the talented group we send into schools across Toronto — they are front line advocates of literacy, creativity and confident self-expression in this city.

HEAR/HEAR happens at:

The Free Times Cafe (320 College St / 2 blocks west of Spadina) 

Doors at 6:30 PM; Reading at 7 PM
